We are cose to shopping, restaurants, parks, the rec centre and bypass. Free public transit stops are on our street. The large 11x13 bedroom for rent is furnished and on the basement level with an on suite washroom, and a fully stocked kitchen. The bedroom is fully furnished with choice of queen, twin or single bed(s) night stands, wardrobe(s), and tv. Common areas in the home include the bathroom, kitchen, hallways in basement and main floor, laundry room, outside space with bbq, gazebo, garden space and chair swing. Utilities, internet and laundry are included. (Pictures are not exact as the kitchenette and bathroom have now been painted white and other upgrades have been added). This is most suitable for people who work out of home during the day. The property is smoke and cannabis free. Rent reductions can be negotiated if you are willing to help out with some work around the house. (Basic maintenance and cleaning of spaces you use is expected).
I am in my 50’s living with 2 small dogs who keep to the upstairs of the home. There is another boarder in the basement level but he is only home occasionally as he travels for work. He will not be using the kitchen or washroom on the basement level. So the kitchen and bathroom is mostly your own to use. I work mostly from home
