I am looking for a student to transfer my lease any time as of April 1, 2021. Lease ends August 31, 2021 with possibility to renew. A private room in a four bedroom apartment(6 & 1/2) is available with shared spaces with fellow student roommates. Shared spaces include a living room with separate dining area and a well furnished kitchen. Heating and internet is included. Located in heart of Verdun, near Rue Wellington with all amenities within four blocks. Two minutes to De L’église metro, 10 mins metro to Concordia. Please DM for more information.

It’s a Covid free apartment. Roommates are multicultural, very friendly and helpful. 2 boys are staying in the other 2 rooms and 4th room is also been considered for other tenants. 1 guy is a Canadian, 2nd is from Philippines. Trust me I wouldn’t have left the place if I wouldn’t be moving. Rue Wellington is super chill and beautiful.
