And, it is within a 5-10-minute drive of; the University of Manitoba (U of M), Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology (MITT), the Outlet Collection Mall, St. Vital Mall, Victoria Hospital, and all of the shopping, services, and parks that the Bridgwater, Kenaston, Pembina, and St. Vital areas offer.
