I am offering a room for rent in my new 2-bedroom condo. The room is fully furnished and I am looking for a student or young professional to rent for $600/month. All utilities including the internet are included, and the condo is fully furnished.

Within the condo, there is; a large balcony, a kitchen with a large island, ample pantry space, and in-suite laundry. Within the building, there is; a fitness centre, outdoor pool, recreation room, bike storage, and powered parking.

The condo is located within a 1-minute walk to a bus stop for Route 676 and the new Altea Active gym. Also, it is within a few minutes walk of all the amenities and shopping that Bridgwater Centre offers. And, it is within a 5-10-minute drive of; the University of Manitoba (U of M), Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology (MITT), the Outlet Collection Mall, St. Vital Mall, Victoria Hospital, the Perimeter Hwy, and all of the shopping, services, and parks that the Bridgwater, Kenaston, Pembina, and St. Vital areas offer.

Hey everyone! I’m Dexter, 29-years-old. In 2019, I graduated from college as a Structural Engineer and I currently work as a Pre-Development Manager.

My most recent roommate moved back home, so it is just me that is living in my condo, aside from my cat Taro (she is shy, but super friendly) - I would love to rent out my spare room to another student or young professional like myself.
