Million dollar view…amazing sunsets front yard…warm sunrises in back yard. Lots of parking, if needed…If you are outdoorsy and have a trailer or boat…there is a back parking pad that can be used. Street parking and shared driveway as well. Laundry room with free machines. Walk in closet in your room. Hardwood in living room. Firepit in yard. Large updated windows provide good light.
About the roomies
Responsible roomie needed. Willing to take turns to mow lawns or shovel snow. Respectful of covid rules.
