The house is an open-concept area, with living room space, dining room table, and a kitchen area that includes a marble island. It is located in a friendly neighbourhood close to market mall and many parks. It is also about a 20 minute walk to the University of Calgary. The bathroom is shared with 2 roommates and the bedroom has closet space with three shelves. The room is available for rent on June 1. The lease ends on July 31, 2021, so if you want to stay longer, you will have to sign for a year lease starting August 1, 2021. However, you can choose to find a sublet at any time. The wifi and utilities combined is usually between $50-$80 monthly.

The roommates are all females in late teens/early twenties. One girl is an artist who enjoys working out, one girl used to be on the swim team but is now focused on work and school, and one girl plays on a university soccer team. We are all nice and fun to be around, and we would prefer a female around our age to live with us.
