North Oshawa Taunton/Harmony close to all amenities. No parking. Room is furnished. I currently have 1 room available. $800/mnth all inclusive. Must love animals. We have pets in house that are kept very clean. Main floor is shared which is kitchen, dining, living room, powder room. There is also a bbq available to use. There is no smoking or drugs in the house.

House is quiet. People work different shifts. We all get along like a family and there is no drama. Common courtesy, respect for others and property is a must. We all like our peace and quiet and enjoy our privacy. We also come together and help eachother when needed or wanted. No one can read minds so we all need to communicate with eachother efficiently and effectively with our wants and needs. We are all responsible for keeping our own spaces clean and all responsible to clean up after ourselves in common areas.
