Laundry room in building. $1/wash, $1/dryer 10 minute walk to VIU. Bus stop outside building and a 2 minute trip to VIU. Parking available. No parties, no friends over, no alcohol, drugs or smoking. Mature students, >25, preferred. Masters students preferred.
