Dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, indoor grill, stove and fridge included. Share housekeeping of shared areas. Clean up after using kitchen. Laundry room in building. $1/wash, $1/dryer 10 minute walk to VIU. Bus stop outside building and a 2 minute trip to VIU. Parking available. No parties, no friends over, no alcohol, drugs or smoking. There’s a nice sized patio and room for c8ntainer gardening.
