Hey! So me and my partner just finished renovating our basement and our home! Looking to rent out the basement suite with your own bathroom, rec room, bar and kitchen. Comes furnished with a king size bed and TV if you want, also a full pantry of food 😗. However, we finishing the kitchen/ bar this week and the beautiful back yard we are currently landscaping. Our home is for professionals or people who want to better themselves. We communicate and like to be family. Everyone handles themselves and independaces and respects work, pricavacy and quite when requested. We also have get togethers on occasions when it suits us as a whole. I am an 8 year oil field business placement and transportation coordinator for multiple contractors like Cenovus, Devon and CNRL energies. Studied business management at the UoA and OH&S at the UNB before settling on Indigenous Phycology. I’m looking to rent out a room for 600 on the upper floor. and a suite with its own private entrance, bathroom, room kitchen and pantry for 900 with 600 damage deposit. The fiber optic shaw internet, security system with vivant, insurance and enmax are included.
