Seeking a roommate at my 1940’s character home on a quiet street in Downtown Chilliwack. Large lightly furnished bedroom + den, with your own private bathroom on mostly private upper level of the house (there is a storage room up there that I access occasionally). Common kitchen & dining room on main floor, laundry available in basement. Plenty of parking on street. Rent includes Fortis, BC Hydro, city utilities (water, garbage collection) and wifi.
Please note that due to the L shape of the bedroom, it’s a bit hard to photograph.

Month to month basis
MUST LOVE DOGS – I have 2 dogs that are very much a part of my home. If you have allergies or are not comfortable with dogs, this will not be a good fit for you.
