Room rental available at my 1940’s character home on a quiet street in Downtown Chilliwack. Large lightly furnished bedroom + den, with your own private bathroom on mostly private upper level of the house (there is a storage room up there that I access occasionally). Common kitchen on main floor, laundry available in basement. Plenty of parking on street. Rent is $1000 plus $150 utilities (Fortis, BC Hydro, city utilities - water, garbage collection, and wifi) per month.

Month to month basis
MUST LOVE DOGS – I have a little dog named Howard who is very much a part of my home. If you have allergies or are not comfortable with dogs, this will not be a good fit for you.
