Room rental available at my 1940’s character home on a quiet street in Downtown Chilliwack. Large lightly furnished bedroom, with your own private bathroom upper level of the house. Common kitchen on main floor, laundry available in basement. Plenty of parking on street. Rent is $1000 and includes utilities (Fortis, BC Hydro, city utilities - water, garbage collection, and wifi) per month.

Month to month basis
MUST LOVE DOGS – I have a little dog named Howard who is very much a part of my home. If you have allergies or are not comfortable with dogs, this will not be a good fit for you.
