Street Parking by permit is an option. We are located in Weston village, one of Toronto’s hidden gems that is very diverse and fast developing. Less than 5 min walking to TTC bus stop, walking distance to GO and UP train, walking distance to grocery store and other basic amenities. Minutes to HWY 401, 404 and Humber Trail. Yes, it is not very close to downtown however; the Crosstown system will be completed soon. Non smoking inside please. Internet included, sorry no cable. I would prefer one year lease, however; open to shorter terms.
