Currently, both rooms are becoming available and ideally available to 2 friends or a couple. Unfurnished, however; a basic furniture can be provided if needed. Street Parking by permit is an option. We are located in Weston village, one of Toronto’s hidden gems that is very diverse and fast developing. Less than 5 min walking to TTC bus stop, walking distance to GO and UP train, close to Subway line 5 and 6, walking distance to grocery store and other basic amenities. Minutes to HWY 401, 404 and Humber Trail. Non smoking inside please. Internet included, sorry no cable. I would prefer one year lease, however; open to shorter terms.

My husband and I live upstairs and even though we won’t be directly roommates, we welcome and interact with those, who share our space with us. We value respectful behavior towards each others and have ( we believe so) good sense of humor. You can join us for a walk alongside the Humber Trail if you’re up to it, play badminton with us, cook and eat together or share a glass of mind altering liquids. We love nature and don’t mind wildlife sharing the garden with us. Our 2 cats frolic around as well and eill demand your regular attention.
