Fairly large room, close to downtown Barrie area. Five minute walk to the lake and waterfront trails, two minute drive to hiway 400. On bus route, less than 15 minutes by bus to Georgian College main campus and a 5 minute walk to the new downtown Georgian College Design and Visual Arts location.

Single mom in a large, intergenerational, non smoking, family home with three adult children. (Youngest is 17, oldest 23) My two daughters are in college and each have a cat. Basement tenants have two dogs, which do go out into the yard. No couples please.
