House is located in Mayland Heights. 2 mins to Deerfoot North & South. Transit to C-train outside. Grocery store, pharmacy etc across the street! Parking is out back too as well as street permit parking. Back yard with cool music speakers on the deck! Lots of storage :) The room is the biggest one in the house, downstairs, you have your own bathroom too.
Must love animals! There are 2 dogs and a cat there already (all very friendly!)
