Bathroom is more upgraded than in photos. The common spaces and kitchen are furnished, but the bedroom will be unfurnished for you to customize your own space! (Furnishing options available, please specify if needed)
Right in the sweet spot of Edmonton. This place is very close to all amenities like Crestwood, brewery district, west Edmonton and close to downtown as well. The river valley is also a close walk and beautiful paths nearby as well! It’s also 30min bus ride to almost all universities/colleges. The LRT is coming soon…or so they say and is a 2 min walk. Otherwise there’s bus stops very close by in walking distance.
Grocerys stores as close as a 5min walk up the street to Freson Bros and 15min walk to Nofrills and Freshco near 149st. Also if your a costco lover, it’s a 7min drive and I have a membership if you wanna do runs there too!
