We have private upstairs bedrooms available in a clean, well-maintained home shared with respectful roomies. Everyone is friendly, considerate, and respectful of each other’s schedules and privacy. The shared bathroom is large and updated, there never been an issue. Everyone does their part to keep the common areas clean and tidy.

The upstairs includes: • 3 private bedrooms • 1 large, updated full bathroom • In-suite laundry • Full kitchen with plenty of cupboard space and kitchen essentials • Dining area • Comfortable living room • Large gated backyard • Plenty of free street parking right outside the house just steps away

The kitchen and common areas are fully furnished, while the bedroom is unfurnished so you can make it your own. Furnishing options may be available if needed—just let me know.

Lease terms are flexible, with preference given to longer-term tenants. An application is required.

I am looking for some good rommates to share my place. I love to bake, eat and go on walks. I’m looking for someone who is respectful, polite, good at communicating and cleanliness is very important too! We are students and young working professionals, we have busy schedules with work, school or volunteering but when were home we are down to chat. We respect quiet time especially after long busy schedules. We occasionally plan dinners out and enjoy trying foods at different places! Especially K-BBQ when we can as a group!
