I am looking for a roommate to rent out the spare bedroom in my new 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, single car garage, end unit townhouse in Copperfield in SE Calgary, starting as soon as September 1, 2021. Smoke free home. Dog friendly.

Easy access to Stoney Trail, Deerfoot Trail, and shopping at 130th Ave SE. Quick commute to South Health Campus hospital (11 minutes). Green space across the road from the complex with a playground and basketball courts. Walking distance to pathways and large pond in Copperfield.

The townhouse is newly built in 2019. 3 floors. 1400 sq feet with an unfinished basement, 9ft ceilings. Spare room is a master sized bedroom with large walk in closet and own full bathroom right next door. Fully furnished bedroom. Upstairs laundry. Main floor (fully furnished) includes kitchen with large island and walk in pantry, dining room, living room, small office space, and half bathroom. Large front entrance and unfinished basement on the ground floor. Laminate hardwood on main (2nd) floor, carpeted stairs and upper (3rd) floor, and tiled front entrance/bathrooms. Granite countertops in kitchen and full bathrooms. Large balcony patio off of main (2nd) floor and walk out patio from unfinished basement. Street parking available next to townhouse complex, or can inquire to condo board about renting an extra parking stall in townhouse complex upon move in, if available.

$950/month all included for rent, condo fees, internet, and utilities (assigned parking stall maybe be available for extra, otherwise street parking is available).
