There are currently 2 cats here but I’m open to another cat or two. Parking may become available but at the moment all spots in building lot are assigned. On street parking is free and plentiful.

The room can be furnished with a couch, dresser, and shelving unit if desired, otherwise it’s a fairly straight forward space with a closet and the unit also has a storage room with shelving in it.

Laundry machines on each floor require a swipe card that can be reloaded in the lobby.

There are plenty of dishes, utensils, and cook/bakeware if you don’t have any, and plenty of room for yours if you do!

I’m a pretty relaxed guy (38/m) who simply wants somebody clean and responsible to rent my second bedroom. If I’m not off working, I’m home most of the time, just chilling on the couch watching a movie or playing a game.

Decorate however you want, be yourself, do your dishes within 24 hours of making them
