We are looking for a young professional female who will keep their room and the common areas sparkling clean in all female unit.

Large bedroom for rent in a 2 bedroom +1 condo located near Lakeshore and Bathurst. The room has lots of light and access to the balcony overlooking the outdoor pool, BBQ terrace and city. The building is safe and has a concierge desk open 24/7, gym, and party room, etc.

Lease Terms Start Date: January 1st, 2026. 1 year lease. First and last will be required upon signing.

Utilities All utilities are included in the rental price. The laundry, bathroom, and kitchen are shared. The room is newly furnished.

Parking is available for an additional fee.

Neighbourhood The condo is located less than a 5-minute walk to Lake Ontario and right in front of numerous bus and streetcar lines to go anywhere in the city! 20 min to U of T, OCAD, and Ryerson. Western block shopping center has just opened with a brand new Loblaws and Shoppers Drug Mart. Tim Hortons, Starbucks, cafes, restaurants, and banks nearby. It will be great if you can let us know the following.
