Great location! Close to downtown, Hillside Mall, Oak Bay, grocery stores, and main bus routes. Located on a quiet dead end street right beside a tennis courts/basketball court and park! Lots of parking on street.

All utilities and internet included in rent. You just buy your own groceries!

Your own private furnished room. Large shared kitchen and dining room. Shared laundry and living room.

Company is okay, we just ask that you let us know before hand.

Filipino oriented family home with small dog. 4 rental rooms in total with 2 already occupied by female renters. 😄

Easy going, friendly, fun family that loves to cook. We have our kids and grandchildren visiting often so must be okay with kids ☺️
