About the room

I live in a beautiful two bedroom, one bathroom apt in Riverbend Estates (Edmonton, SW). The place is semi-furnished so you just need to bring you! The apartment also houses a small cat. The unit does not have laundry, but it is down the hall. There’s street parking, a gym and a pool on site. All utilities are included for $775. The Postal Code should read T6H 4Y7.
