Hi! Our housemates just happened to move out recently and we’re looking into getting a new housemate. It’s a basement with its own private bathroom and we’re asking for 700/month all inclusive, we will share cleaning supplies cost and chores. The place can be partially furnished or unfurnished.

It’s just me and my sister in our family home (not mine haha) located in the south end of Ottawa near Walkley and Bank. My sister (22) is a student working 2 part time jobs and I (27) am a chemical engineer, working in food and beverage industry. We’re mostly really chill and we like keeping things clean and organized, like clean up after yourself kind of thing. My sister personally keep to herself and I am usually down to chill or hang out. Hiking, running, biking or basketball are our go-to activities. We don’t smoke or party but also open if you want to have friends and family over.
