I have a Master Bedroom with attached washroom and bath available for rent starting October 01 2021.

We will be sharing the whole house which is a three bedroom and 2 bathroom townhouse. The house is furnished and the bedroom can be furnished at an additional cost of 50 dollars per month which includes a queen size bed, mattress and a lamp.

I am looking for someone professional and clean.

I am a working professional myself and keep it myself and my space.

The house is close to all amenities such as groceries and restaurants. There is a great trail for recreation nearby. I am open to both Male or Female room mates and a minimum of 6 month lease is required.

The room includes one parking space.

I am a working professional and 32 years old. The whole house will be shared between us so it will be just 2 people.
