Hi everyone! This is a spacious and bright 2 bedroom apartment with a view over looking the west bay. I’m looking for a mature and respectful individual to share this home. I think goes without saying, but cleanliness and hygiene are very important attributes as well.
About the apartment: This 2 bed 1 bath is 1000sq/ft with southeast facing windows allowing for bright mornings, and cool evenings. The shared spaces are furnished, but the room is not. Included in the rent: -free off street parking (1 car or truck) -wifi -hydro -Disney+ -Netflix Amenities: -BBQ -dishwasher -in-suit laundry.
About the neighbourhood: Next door is a new development that will have coffee shops and other street level store front. Across the street is a dog park which gets lots puppy action. Next to that is the beautiful westsong walkway. (A real treat, I walk it at least twice per week) Within walking distance is a mini mall with all the essentials like grocery, coffee shops, bank, liquor store, etc.
