Hello!
It is a large apartment (> 1300p ^ 2), located on the plateau (Papineau-Sherbrooke), near the Latin Quarter, the village, rue Mont-Royal (with several stores), and in front of the lafontaine park, near 2 bus lines (Sherbrooke, Papineau), 2 metro lines (green and orange), and the Metro store! The building even includes a sauna, a gym, and a beautiful swimming pool with a view of all of Montreal! Being able to use them is included in the rent!
The apartment? Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dishwasher, a living room with two sofa beds, TV, wireless internet, Wii, and all costs for heating, TV, and internet included in the rent !
The rooms? There is ONE available! It’s medium in size (9x10), and it’s all furnished: single bed, desk, large closet, chair, table, and TV, for $ 700 per month (all inclusive).
Renting the room has never been difficult; so, don’t hesitate to contact me if you are interested. In addition, I have a lot of experience with French people who come with PVT.

Two guys, sociable, one a student in his early 20s and one a professional researcher in his late 40s who spends most of the month in Toronto. We are friendly and enjoy interacting in the common areas. At the same time, we are generally quiet and often spend time in our own rooms. Very respectful and let people live their lives.
