About the room

Please note that your bathroom Is private and also note parking is in driveway. I live in a large 3 bedroom End unit townhome. Everything is fully furnished (but you can bring your own bedroom furniture) and you can have use of finished basement with some gym equipment. Full backyard deck with bbq. One parking spot. Looking for someone who is single, responsible, keeps to themselves. House is 2 minutes from hwy 400, VAUGHAN Mills and Canada’s wonderland. Great area, and ttc just steps away too. Laundry facilities included.

I have lived in this area for over 10 years. Quiet street good neighbours. I have one cat and and a small yorkie. I work from home, I’m lowkey quiet and I am looking for someone who is the same. You can use the kitchen and tv area in the finished basement but your bedroom and bathroom is upstairs
