Please note that your bathroom Is private and also note parking is in driveway. I live in a lovely large 3 bedroom End unit townhome. Everything is fully furnished (but you can bring your own bedroom furniture) and you can have use of finished basement with some gym equipment. Full backyard deck with bbq. One parking spot. Looking for someone who is single, responsible and easy going. House is 2 minutes from hwy 400, VAUGHAN Mills and Canada’s wonderland. Great area, and ttc just steps away too. Laundry facilities included.

I have lived in this area for over 10 years. Quiet street good neighbours. I have one cat and and a small yorkie. I work from home, I’m lowkey quiet and I love to cook so there may be nights when there are dinner leftovers for you.
