I’m renting two rooms in my three bedroom two bath condo in Langley, females only please. It is a brand new building, we will be the first ones to live there! Available for moving in on Jan 1st 2018.

Amenities include a small private park, courtyard, community garden, a car wash area, yoga studio, and a gym. It is close to Kwantlen, close to many bus stops (one is in the sidewalk right outside the building), as well as many shops and restaurants, there is also plenty of street parking all around the building, and there are miles of trails in the area for walking/biking.

Rent is $700 a month for the smaller room and $750 for the larger one, looking for at least 6 month commitment. Rent includes hydro, internet and cable. And the condo will be fully furnished except for your room.

Now a little about me, I’m a 26 year old female, working full time and studying part time, pretty much only come home to sleep. In my spare time I like to hang out with friends and play some board games over drinks or go on hikes and enjoy the outdoors. What I’m looking for in a roommate is someone that is clean and tidy, non-smoker preferred but smokers are fine as long as it’s kept to outside the condo, no parties, small get together ok, no drugs.
