I’m renting out my spare room for $700, all included. Shared bathroom and kitchen. The building itself is pretty good with indoor or outdoor paid parking, squash courts, billiards room, washer/dryer ($3 each), a nice park outside, etc. The 57, 58, and 11 bus routes are directly outside of the building and the 85 is a block away (meaning you can get to downtown, Algonquin College or the universities easily). The living room is both an exercise area and a TV entertainment area.

The room is furnished with a small desk and a queen sized bed.

I’m very picky with who I live with so please let me know a lot about you beforehand so we can veto or proceed, saving everybody time that might be wasted in a fruitless visit.

My name is Harold and I am a 41 year old male of mainly Spanish descent. I lean more towards the ‘gamer’ type, although I’m also big into archery, historical fencing, biology, and a bunch of other stuff. I speak English, Spanish and a tiny bit of French and Latin.
