I am pretty flexible on the price.

Located Downtown in a redone building; the apartment itself is pretty modern and quite cozy. You would be located pretty centrally to all locations downtown be it a couple minute drive or walk.

The room is not furnished however it would be the bigger of the two - I believe it is an 9.5 by 11.5 so it would definitely accommodate a queen size bed.

The building itself does have a gym that we are free to use and parking stalls however the parking stalls are $160.00 a month in which you would need to sign a contract

The roommate would just be myself and two cats; as for me I am a working professional throughout the week and tend to be pretty intro/extroverted in a sense that I do enjoy to either stay home or go out depending on my mood.

I enjoy getting out of the house whenever I can to either explore the city, go for walks/runs/coffee, or simply going out with friends to the bar till the wee hours of the night (not always but I would be lying if I said I do not enjoy a drink here and there).

I do try and keep the house as clean as possible however with two cats you tend to be sweeping up quite a bit of there mess as some days I believe it is there home and not mine. They are very well behaved and tend to be cuddle bugs however they do get the occasional zoomies in the middle of the night which is typically drowned out by the busyness of the downtown scene.

With that being said, we would essentially share everything - bathroom, laundry, kitchen, storage and living room.
