Rob's room

Unfurnished/partialy furnished room available in Sherwood park. Will fit queen size bed and a dresser and desk. There is a room available on the main floor, or one in the basement. You can have your pick. House backs on to a large green space and there is a large fenced backyard with a fire pit. Shared bathroom, and access to kitchen and most of the house.

Pretty casual place, looking for someone to help keep the place clean and pay rent on time. I do have 2 dogs, and require help with them when I am out of town for work. Happy to join for meals, but feel free to do your own thing.
