Greetings! We are thrilled to announce the availability of a beautifully furnished room for rent in Ajax, located at Salem and Kingston Rd. The room will be available starting either December 1, 2026 or January 1, 2027, for $1,000 Parking is available for extra per month. As a tenant, you will have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom.

We offer a flexible month-to-month rental agreement, with the first and last month’s rent required. The location is conveniently situated near various amenities, including gas stations, public transportation options such as Go-transit and Durham transit, shopping centers, restaurants, and Ajax Casino. Additionally, it is just a few minutes away from Highway 401.

Please be aware that we maintain a peaceful environment by prohibiting pets, smoking, substance use, and loud music. This presents a fantastic opportunity that you wouldn’t want to miss out on!
