I have 2 available rooms in my home, a bright, conveniently located lower duplex apartment. 5 min. walking distance to Metro Snowdon (orange & blue lines) and all conveniences (pharmacies, grocery, banks, etc.). There is no laundry in the apartment, but a laundromat is located a short walk away.

We are close to UdM and Mount Royal Park, and located in a safe and quiet street. The apartment has a nice paved backyard and in-ground pool available for use in the Summer by the roommates if they help with basic maintenance (pool chemicals are provided).

Bills (electricity and internet) are included in the rent. A $250 security deposit (reimbursable) is required for the furniture .

I am looking for roommates who prefer a quiet environment, are respectful of others, and willing to share in the basic chores to keep a clean and enjoyable environment. Graduate students or young professionals are preferred (credit check or proof of funds is required).
