Location: R3T 4H9, closer to the University Cresent side, bus #676 and #693 2 of 4 rooms is available to move in ASAP No Furnished rooms (1 closet each room). Kitchen and bathroom are separated from the owner, 4 tenants will share the bathroom and the kitchen, each will have their own private room. Looking for MALE INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ONLY, (we would love to welcome anyone, but coincidentally we have 2 guys now) You will have these benefits:

• 1 minute to the bus stop route 676, 693 (UofM - St. Vital, Downtown)
• 10 minutes walk to the strip mall (Mc Donalds, Safeway, Winners, etc.)
• Separate back door for tenants
• Free street parking or 2 parking spots are available for $30 each
• 5 standard pieces are included in the rent (fridge, stove, microwave, washer, dryer).
• 1 set of kitchen storage is available for FREE.
• 2 fridges for 4 tenants (again, kitchen is separeated from the owners)
• All utilities (laundry, hydro, gas, water, waste, and wifi) are FREE. We are looking for someone that willing to always keep the house clean, and follow the (strict) rules since it is shared with each other. Rooms are quickly filled, please bring a deposit of half the rent price with you on the same meeting day. There is a 6-month long contract on these rooms. Current tenants’ age range is 26-35. The house currently having 2 male. We are half going to work, half work from home and have quiet hours for everyone at night. So basically this is a quiet and respectful place to live.
