Nice, bright, clean room in a townhouse in a great neighbourhood across the street from a park, 10 minute walk from Blair Transit Station where there is also a Walmart, LCBO, Loblaws and various banks and restaurants. Room in a 3 bedroom townhouse and it is on the top floor with a shared full bathroom. Bills aren’t included, they range from $90-$140/person/month, depending on usage. It’s typically higher in the summer because of the AC.
