Two rooms available in a clean, recently renovated 3‑bedroom townhouse, minutes from downtown. All utilities, high-speed internet, and laundry included.

Two standard rooms – $650/month Master bedroom – $800/month (larger)

One full bathroom + one half bath. Small fenced backyard. Open common space.

Ideal housemate: Student, remote worker, or professional who wants a peaceful, drama-free home. You clean up after yourself, respect common spaces, and are fine with (very polite) dogs.

Perks: -Bed + dresser available for your room if needed · Common areas professionally cleaned monthly · 3-month minimum, then month-to-month · First month + security deposit of $50

I’m the owner – quiet professional, shared this home with housemates for 20+ years. Current household: just me, one calm tenant, and my two poodles.

About the poodles: They’re very well-behaved, quiet, and hypoallergenic (minimal dander, no shedding). You’ll barely notice them. That said, you should be comfortable with dogs – not allergic yourself, and not afraid of them.
