About the room

I have 2 rooms available in a 5 1/2. It is a 8 minute walk to the Langelier metro station (Green Line). The place is really close to a grocery store, park, food chains and a pharmacy. It is in a great neighbourhood. Everything is included and the room is fully furnished. There is also a washer/dryer.

About the roomies

I am a recent McGill civil engineering graduate and like to play ultimate frisbee and sports in general. I am looking for another student or young adult, ideally for a long term agreement. I would like someone who is respectful and can treat the space like their own, but also someone who I can get along with.
