The room (11.29 ft. by 8.01 ft.) is part of a non-smoking/drugs (including cannabis), no pets, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo, approx. 875 sq. feet with ensuite laundry. The kitchen, living room floors, and carpeting in both bedrooms have been renovated/replaced and are like new. The bathroom has also been renovated. The complex is right across from the island airport (excellent location for Porter and Air Canada employees!!) steps to TTC , Loblaws, Tim Hortons, Shoppers Drug Mart, LCBO, McDonalds and the Harbourfront Trail. Asking $1300 (hydro, internet, heat and A/C, kitchen plates, glasses, cutlery pots and pans are included). I also have a solarium that can be converted into an office area for an additional charge (if needed). The condo complex has a gym, sauna, party room, guest suites and BBQ access. The 2nd bedroom is unfurnished however I did include a photo with furniture so you can see what it’s like.
