The room is part of a 2 bedroom (room available is 11.29 ft. by 8.01 ft.), 2 bath condo approx. 875 sq. feet with ensuite laundry. The kitchen, living room floors, and carpeting in both bedrooms have been renovated/replaced just over a year now. The bathroom has also been renovated. No pets preferred, thanks. The complex is right across from the island airport and steps to Loblaws, Shoppers Drug Mart, LCBO, TTC and the Harbourfront Trail. Asking $1000 (hydro, internet, heat and A/C are included). I also have a solarium that can be converted into an office area for an additional charge (if needed). Complex has a gym, sauna, party room with billiards table and BBQ access. I included some photos with furniture so you can see what it’s like but the room is unfurnished with the exception of the dresser which can be removed if not needed.
