We are looking for a minimalist FEMALE to add to our quiet, clean Home… That also loves to keep a clean living space. You will be the only person living downstairs. It’s a lovely Family oriented neighborhood. You will have one rm in the Basement for yourself. There’s a Shower stall, Toilet & Sink. Laundry also on site, in the Basement that we all share. Double Car parking driveway. We will only share the Kitchen, Laundry, Backyard & the main Entrance. Again, it will be only you, living in the Basement. It’s pretty much self contained. If you are quiet, respectful & clean as you go person that gets along with others. But still loves being in their own space.. Feel free to send a msg☺️
