A spacious apartment in the heart of downtown! Around the corner from Concordia University and 2 buildings away from metro Guy/Concordia. Located on the 17th floor, with a great view, and an indoor pool on the roof! A virtual or in person visit can be scheduled if wanted :)) + the room price is not fixed at $800, likely to decrease depending on monthly electricity bills! There’s no specific time commitment required, but a long term roommate is preferable. (The available room is a master bedroom with a private bathroom as seen in the pictures, photos of the other rooms and 2nd bathroom are not included but can be shown if you like!)
