A spacious apartment in the heart of downtown! Around the corner from Concordia University and 2 buildings away from metro Guy/Concordia. Located on the 17th floor, with a great view, and an indoor pool on the roof! A virtual or in person visit can be scheduled if wanted :)) + the room price is not fixed at $800, likely to decrease depending on monthly electricity bills! There’s no specific time commitment required, but a long term roommate is preferable. (The available room is a master bedroom with a private bathroom as seen in the pictures, photos of the other rooms and 2nd bathroom are not included but can be shown if you like!)
Hey there! Currently, Gaby and Julius live here! We’re both 20 year old university students. We’re very chill and like to hang out with anyone in the house, but definitely respect privacy and personal time & space. We like to keep the apartment organised and tidy; always neat enough to feel at home and ready to accommodate guests! Altogether, a very good vibe. If you feel like your energy would match ours, feel free to reach out!
