The room is private and spacious (170sqft) on the 2nd floor of the house fully equipped: bed, mattress, box spring, desk, chair, dresser. The room is has large windows looking out at the trees in front of the house, so the room is always bright with natural light. The washroom on 2nd floor will be shared between you and another tenant. There is another powder room (half bath) on the main floor that can be used too. You can access to main floor kitchen which has been recently renovated. Everything included in the price, including utilities, high-speed internet 1G fiber from Bell, basic supplies such as toilet paper and dishwashing liquid. Feel free to use all appliances available in the house, including kettle, toaster, air fryer, instant hotpot… The common area is cleaned weekly by my family and monthly by a professional cleaning service. The bus no 4 station is 100m from the house will take you directly to Sherway Gardens and Cooksville Go Station
