A private, fully furnished bedroom is available for a female student or female full-time working professional in a ground-level basement suite of a fully detached home, located in Fleetwood Centre (Fraser Hwy & 160th St).

You will share a clean washroom with only one other female. The basement suite is a shared living space occupied by two other female roommates. My wife and I live upstairs, along with an international male student from Brazil. He lives in a separate upstairs area and only occasionally uses the laundry; he is rarely at home.
