A private, fully furnished bedroom is available in a ground-level basement suite of a fully detached home in Fleetwood Centre (Fraser Hwy & 160th St). Preferably for a Student or a full-time working professional.

The washroom is shared with one other female. The basement suite is shared with two female roommates. The homeowners live upstairs, along with an international male student from Brazil who occupies a separate upstairs area but uses the laundry occasionally.
