HOUSE OWNER’S PRIORITY: To be diligent about keeping the room and the house very clean. We do not allow smoking, partying, noise in the house. No overnight visitors are allowed. NEIGHBOURHOOD & ACCESS TO AMENITIES: My house is in a decent and safe neighborhood of Canyon Meadows near Fish Creek Provincial Park, and close to South Center Mall, Fish Creek Library, and all other city amenities. Public transit bus stop (bus #37) is 5 minutes from my house and c train is only 13-minute walk and c train take 22 minutes to downtown Calgary.
