Owner occupied two bedroom house located 5 minute walk to downtown Charlottetown and on bus routes and close to all amenities. The room is furnished. Seeking a full time student or working non smoking female. Washer/ dryer in the house, Includes WIFI, heat, utilities. Share the kitchen, bathroom, dining and living room. Someone who can potentially commit long term is preferred.

About the roomies

I am active and retired seeking a room mate to share my two bedroom house with. This is my home and hope it can be home to a quiet female. I believe ear plugs make good room mates. I like world food, especially Thai, Indian and Malay. I spend time in the garden, consider myself a minimalists and am an engaged citizen.
