I am Looking for a roommate —This is a unique rental property and any applicant will have to pass the company’s requirements and background checks through them before moving in with me

I and unique rental properties have a room for rent in a beautiful 2nd floor 2 bedroom apartment. See Pictures for reference  • Rent: $625.00 a month for everything except heat and electric, and a small fee for WiFi 1 Year Lease…. Move in date would be Jan 1st 2022. • Would only need Bedroom furniture (The rest of the apartment is fully furnished and well stocked) • Washer and Dryer in Unit free to use anytime • Full Kitchen access and half of cupboard space, fridge/Freezer space (shared) • Hardwood and tile floors throughout • 1 shared bathroom with full bath/shower • Great location (West Main Across from Jones Lake) • Free Parking Shared Utilities Shared wifi (28$ a month)

Key things I am looking for in a future roomie: • Mature (preferably Female) adult • Full time Employee anywhere (basically someone with a job) • No cats or Dogs (Caged animals are allowed/ok) • Fairly Tidy • Non Partier … . • Easy to get along with, positive attitude, enjoys life!

A little bit about me (the person you’d be living with haha), I am a very positive person and I believe positivity and God can get you through anything! I work as a human service counselor in a youth group home and I work a two week rotating schedule (by days) but my shifts are always at 7am and range from 10-12 hours … so I go to bed pretty early and would love a roommate that could respect that and not be too noisy in the night-hours. I am a very tidy person and would be looking for a roommate who cleans up after themselves in shared spaces … (your room can be as messy as you like though lol) I have a 7 year old male Cat named KitKat who was a rescue and has not responded well to other free roaming animals (cats, dogs, rabbits), so I am looking for someone without any of these creatures (Animals in cages are fine, Ex: I have a gecko in a terrarium in my room and the Cat never bothers with it, so your caged critter would be fine too) Side note: KitKat loves company and every person he’s ever met, he’s very cuddly and he loves to be a part of whatever the person around him is doing … He’s like a lovable shadow that you get to enjoy without any of the responsibility  I Do not drink, and am proud to be a recovered alcoholic, so all of my “in my spare time” fun happens sober, This doesn’t mean I wouldn’t allow you to drink … I would just prefer if it was not kept where I can see it, and I am definitely not looking to host any parties here, Or have any “after the bar” couch guests! When it all comes down to it, I am looking for someone who I can get along with and to share this beautiful space with! Hopefully someone who becomes a friend too!!
