One room for yourself alone - monthly rent $800.00 It’s a legal above the ground basement with own kitchen, fridge and washroom. Occupants shared the kitchen, refrigerator and washroom. Internet and utilities are included.

I am a single Mom with a 19 years old son. We live upstairs and I am renting 2 rooms downstairs. I was an International Homestay Provider for 7 years. I am thinking of switching to young adults at this time.
