I have a fantastic basement room available in my duplex which is located in the south side community of Cavanagh. Close to the Anthony henday, south common. The room is a fairly decent size, as well comes with its own living room area and own bathroom. Rent is $850 a month which includes all utilities . If you smoke or 420 that will have to be done outside as this is a non smoking house hold. No drugs allowed at all. Has shared kitchen and shared laundry.

I am a 36 year old male peace officer. There is also a male 26 who rents a room up stairs but all he does is work, go to the gym and stays in his room. I am quiet and clean, and looking for the same in a roommate. Ideally I am looking for either a student or someone that I working.
