You will have a roommate living in the spare bedroom. Both of the current roommates are polite professionals who work 9-5, sometimes from home.

The current renter in your new huge bedroom is paying 1100. Because our building doesn’t allow dogs, he and his partner have decided to find a place. I was happy to give him a great reference as he’s a great renter.

I’m a 35 year old owner, working at home in tech M-F from 9-5. I’m easy going. I love this space and want to take care of it. I have a daybed in the dining room for when I’m in Abbotsford. I don’t have a reason to visit often unless I’m fixing things or upgrading something. I’m courteous, respectful, and easy to get along with.

We’re both at least double vaxxed and seek another at least double vaxxed person to take the main bedroom with gorgeous closets and direct entrance to the bathroom. Come take a look : )
