Room for rent with chill, clean, fun guy, great spot, big balcony, very close to downtown and all the amenities. Whole place is furnished just need to bring and whatever you need for your room. Area is very nice, walking distance to everything. Sorry don’t have many pictures yet.

I’m a clean roommate, I work alot (carpenter and bartender) so I’m not around a whole lot, so you’ll have the place to yourself most of the time. I have lots of cool friends and have them over sometime for drinks and games, so hopefully you can become part of the friend group if you live here. Don’t mind small gatherings.
