Looking for respectful female roommate to share a 2 bedroom downstairs unit. My current roommate is moving back home at the end of march. The unit has big windows and dose not feel like a basement at all. The area is so quiet and all neighbours are friendly. The unit has a side yard that is very private perfect for summer. parking is included. All utilities (heat, hydro, water) and internet included. Kitchen, bathroom, living room, washer, and drier shared by us. Also includes microwave, pots and pans. I am looking for quiet, responsible mature working professionals or students.
