Our 4-bed townhouse is a corner lot with ample parking in a quiet/safe neighbourhood. Very close access to main transit routes and the 401, plus all your essential amenities within walking distance. We have a nice little porch with a working BBQ out the back, and the house itself is very well-kept and spacious inside, so you don’t really notice that there are 4 people living here. We have a central air system with air conditioning in the summer and full laundry on-site, plus an acoustic piano in the living area. The available room is located upstairs next to the full bathroom (there is a half-bath downstairs for the lower bedroom’s use), and has a decently-sized closet and window, with plenty of room for a desk, bed and mini fridge. Limited extra storage space is available in the hall closet and laundry room. Decor has changed slightly from the photos presented, but, if anything, has improved. ;)

We are a house of studious young professionals looking for a 4th housemate to complete the mix. Three of us are musicians, and we are all social but fairly quiet people. Our ages range from nineteen to thirty-two, but we all are quite focused on our work/school and are not big party animals. (We also have an unofficial 5th roommate in the form of the world’s coolest cat, named Bruce - he’s probably the best one of us, tbf!) That being said, we certainly enjoy having a few drinks together or playing some board games every so often, and we have been known to have an impromptu music session every once in a while! We all like to contribute to keeping a clean and tidy space in our common areas and are respectful of each other’s safety and privacy. LGBTQ+ and cannabis-friendly.
