Prestwick Pond Terrace Southeast

I’m looking for a responsible roommate for a condo in Prestwick, just off Deerfoot, available immediately. It backs onto a pond, a gazebo out the back door, and within walking distance to grocery store, fast food, gym, and more. The lobby of the condo building has a public kitchen space, entertaining area, and library available for building residents. The room is unfurnished, with shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Rent is $750 a month including utilities, and comes with high speed internet, Telus TV, in-suite laundry, and Netflix. There is no smoking in the condo, but there is a balcony available where you are welcome to smoke. There are parking spots on condo property as well as plenty of street parking. Two cats do live here already. Small pets are negotiable based on their compatibility with my cats. Guests are welcome, but no parties and please respect my sleep during weekdays.

I am a 26 year old professional female, and the only roommate. I’m laid back, flexible, and work a lot of hours. Month-to-month or leases are available. Preference is at least a 6 months minimum stay. 420 friendly.
