· Queen size bed, dresser, closet (linen avail). · Shared kitchen, living room+ 2 shared bathrooms. · Wifi, TV + in-house laundry, heating/cooling (AC). · BBQ + spacious back yard (buy the odd propane tank, if you use it).

• Parking may be available ($50-60/month).

• We have a dog/puppy! Hope that is OK.

PS - Smoking cigarettes or 420 pot is permitted in garage/outside. No other drugs or meth heads!
