· Queen size bed, dresser, desk, closet (linen avail). · Shared kitchen and living room. · 2 shared bathrooms. · Wifi, TV + in-house laundry, heating/cooling (AC). · BBQ + spacious back yard (buy the odd propane tank, if you use it) + Hot tub in garage.

• Parking may be available ($50-60/month).

PS - Smoking cigarettes or 420 pot is permitted in garage/outside.
